Staff/Service: Staff was very accommodating. From the welcome personnel at the reception to the managin, pool area and restaurant personnel, everyone tried to tend to our needs immediately the reception is 24h available and bring you anything to your room e.g. water or ordered food at any time) Basically everyone understood and spoke english. Some also knew other languages in parts and can have a bit of smalltalk in those. Suwannee informed us everyday about ongoing events and general things, when we arrived at breakfast, and asked if we need assistance with anything. We felt very well taken care of. Overall a 5/5 for us. Hotel Area: Beach(private for only hotel guests), Pool and general hotel area (restaurant, walkways) were very clean. It was very inviting to relax with all plants, trees and small water areas with fish in them (that they take good care of -> plants, trees, fish & crabs) Lovely sunsets at the beach and enough sunbeds for all the guests. At night it was quite dark on the walkways e.g. on the way to the parking lot. Overall a 4.5/5 for us. Hotel Room: Very spacious bathroom, living/lounging area and balcony. The bed was very comfortable. There was also a small working area. You could choose yourself which towels and linen you wanted to be changed. The overall cleanliness, room equipment and lighting in the room was a 4/5 for us. Food: Breakfast had everything you wanted from an international breakfast to thai specific breakfast items. They changed a lot of things daily but also had the everyday items like egg, bacon, sausages, toast, fried rice, noodles (all in quite a few different variants). Overall a 4/5 for us.

An absolute oasis with the most exceptional service in all of Thailand. We had a pool attached to our room and the daily housecleaning did a tremendous job. The pool was exceptionally clean and the beach was just steps away! The best part is the overall service. "Tan" our daily and manny night server bent over backwards taking care of us. When he see us coming to lay out, he put never covers on our sun bed and laid and tucked two towels over the clean material so we were even more comfortable. "Valentine" our young afternoon service was also exceptional - always checking on us to ensure we had what we needed. "Suwannee" the breakfast host was exceptional! The breakfast, free, was the best breakfast spread in any resort I've stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds. You could stay a month and not eat all the different varieties they offered (from western, to European, to Asian and Thai). You are about 20km from central Pattaya but the cab fairs about 4-7 USD depending on the time of day. Usually, we spent 9 USD or 240 Baht round trip with an extra few for a tip. You can go to central pattaya with the noise and craziness and come back to an oasis right in heaven. We will be back yearly (highly recommend the rainy season or low tourist season - you still get plenty of sun daily and the treatment is exceptional)

He asked us to communicate via Whats App and sorted our taxis with ease for pick up from wherever we were away from the hotel to save us any language issues and negotiated the rates for us so as not to be scammed by anyone. We were also staying in the off season, and so there was naturally some predicable maintenance going on. As soon as the staff realised that some was taking place near our bedroom, our room was immediately transferred. The benefit of that was that we went from a very acceptable room that we then realised was an older one, and moved into a newly refurbished room. The new rooms are beautiful but, be assured, we had zero issue with the older one.

That extraordinary piece of paradise, and the people who serve there, from the GENTELMAN WHO LET YOU IN ON THE MAIN GATE, TO THE 20 GARDNERS, TO THE RECEPTION, AND AMAZING WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT, TO THE HOUSEKEEPING, TO THE DRIVERS WHO PICK YOU UP, AND ROP YOU OFF... ALL...ALLL OF THEM MAKE YOU FEEL HOME IN YOUR LITTLE PARADISE WITHOUT EXAGERARTRION.!!!!! Thy show you the real THAI HOSPITALITY, AND WARM REAL GENUINE WARM STAY.!!!!!!

The staff were superb from start to finish. Jeet the Customer Service manager was super helpful in suggesting where to go and what to do and even booked various things for us. The grounds of the resort are beatifully set amongst water, trees and dense greenery everywhere. Our room had a lovely outside decked area with a jacuzzi and was big and spacious. I've been fortunate over the years to stay in some wonderful places and this is up there as one of the best.
